Compare scan resolutions before choosing your options

Processing, scans, prints and return options are separate choices. The starting price covers the default selected options; check your selections and updated total before adding to your basket. Return delivery is additional.

Film Processing FAQ

Everything you need to know before sending your film

What are your opening times?

Our opening and production times are Monday–Saturday, 9:00AM–5:30PM.

What are your turnaround times?

Our turnaround time is usually 2–4 working days. Delivery time is additional and depends on the delivery method selected.

How do I receive my digital scans, and do you return my negatives?

Digital scans are sent to the email address supplied on your online order. You can choose whether you would like your negatives returned during the ordering process.

How do I send my film?

Sending your film is straightforward. Follow the step-by-step instructions on the relevant film processing page and complete the online order before sending your film to us.

Can you push my films?

Yes, on special request. Please add the request as a comment on your online order.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Please email didsbury@dscolourlabs.live for a quote.

What equipment do you use?

We use Noritsu film processors and Fuji Frontier wet-lab printers.

What papers do you use?

We offer Fuji C-Type Professional Lustre or Fuji Glossy photographic paper.

What happens if my film comes out blank?

If your film comes out blank, we only charge you for the development of the film.

How long are my WeTransfer files stored for?

You have one week to download your files. We also retain the files for one month.

Package your films securely and include your full name and Order ID inside the parcel.
